G:FIT Summer Track Camp, led by Coach Michael Granville, is a high-performance summer training program in Palo Alto, California, running across three week-long sessions in June and July at Cubberley Community Center and Wilbur Field.
At $40 per session, athletes from middle school through college train three sessions a week — Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday — with every session featuring professional laser timing, block work, hill sprints, and event-specific training for 100m through 800m runners. The program builds complete athletes through plyometrics, strength and core circuits, hip mobility, race strategy, and recovery work, all supported by access to the MoveHealth App.
Whether you're a sprinter or a middle-distance runner, G:FIT Summer Track Camp delivers a structured, coach-led environment to develop speed, power, and race-ready mechanics all summer long.
