What We Train

Program Focus

⚡

Sprint Work

Hill sprints, flying 20m and 100m with laser timing, block starts, and barefoot form work to build raw speed and mechanics.

🏃

100m – 800m Training

Event-specific training for sprinters and middle-distance runners. 60m wicket tempos, 800m flying 20s, and race-pace work.

🏁

Block Work

Starting block technique, reaction work, and acceleration mechanics to maximize your first 30 meters off the line.

Plyometrics

Explosive power development through plyos, med ball work, and isometric exercises that translate directly to track performance.

Strength & Core

Abs, upper body strength, med ball circuits, hip mobility, and foot strengthening for injury-resistant, powerful athletes.

🧠

Race Strategy

Tactical planning, pacing strategy, mental preparation, and recovery through foam rolling and mobility work.
