3 Days. All Business.

  • Block work & flying 20m (sprinters)
  • 800m runners: flying 20s & 60m wicket tempos
  • Plyometrics
  • Abs & core work
  • Isometrics
  • Laser timing sessions
Sprinters focus on block exits and top-end mechanics. Distance runners work rhythm and race pace.

  • 400/800m training + hills
  • Sprinters: barefoot form work + hill sprints
  • All athletes: abs & med ball work
  • Upper body strength
Hill work builds power and drive mechanics. Barefoot drills reinforce proper foot strike and proprioception.

Flying 20s, block starts, and laser-timed efforts from 20m to 100m build raw speed and clean technique.

Incline sprints develop drive phase power, posterior chain strength, and explosive acceleration.

100–800m Training

Distance-specific sessions for sprinters and middle-distance runners, with rhythm runs, tempos, and race-pace efforts.

Bounding, jumping, and reactive drills that turn strength into elastic, ground-reaction speed.

Strength & Power

Med ball work, upper body strength, and isometrics build the athletic base that holds form late in races.

Recovery & Mobility

Hip mobility, foam rolling, foot strengthening, and barefoot drills keep you healthy and moving efficiently.
